"Every day feels like a battle against myself. It feels like all I do is run around putting out fires, so I can never get on top of anything or - chance would be a fine thing - expand my horizons."
"My job is fine. It's not what I really want to do (and I'm a bit fuzzy on what that is exactly…), but I don't have the confidence or drive to change my path."
"I've tried so many things to change for the better, but nothing ever sticks."
"My parents and teachers thought I would do something amazing with my life (I thought I would do something amazing with my life…), but reality isn't matching up."
"I have loads of things I enjoy doing, but somehow, I never have the time to do them."
"I want to feel content and happy, but I don't know how to function without the urgency and chaos that are the only reasons I keep going most of the time."
If any of these thoughts resonate, you've come to the right place! I've thought all these things at some point and struggled to make meaningful, lasting changes. It's not only people with ADHD who struggle in these ways, but it sure doesn't make it any easier.
Coaching changed my life for the better, and it can change yours.

I specialise in coaching women and non-binary people with late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism who are ready to take back control of their lives*. Whether that's finding a new career or household routine that works for you, or discovering tools and techniques to improve executive functions, I will work with you to transform your life.
*If this doesn't sound exactly like you but you are still interested in coaching, fear not! I have had excellent experiences coaching a wide variety of people, with and without ADHD. The most important factor in choosing a coach is whether or not you feel comfortable talking with them. If you think I could be that person:
ABOUT ME
My adhd journey
Like many late-diagnosed people, I had struggled with my mental health for most of my life, but treatments for depression and anxiety felt like a square peg in a round hole. The difficulties and introspection that arose during COVID lockdowns, whilst studying for my Master's, led me to realise that ADHD explained what other diagnoses had been unable to.

I was diagnosed in 2021 and found that I could cope far better. However, despite increased energy and focus, I lacked the skills and direction to transform my lived experience from "putting out fires" to being in control and intentional about how I spent my time.

I had the opportunity to attend ADHD coaching in 2023 and was amazed at the powerful and lasting changes that occurred - so different from my experiences with therapy and workshops in the past. More than that, it sparked an interest in coaching as a career, which I pursued the following year when I moved to New Zealand with my partner. There, I trained and was certified as an International Certified Coach with the ICC. Since then, I have returned to the UK and started Saoirse Kelly Coaching to provide online and in-person* coaching services.

How I Help
Since I began coaching, I have worked with people who have ADHD, suspect they have ADHD and/or Autism, and some without! I love helping people find balance in their lives, trust in themselves, and excitement for the future. Coaching helped me accept and love who I am - ADHD included! - and learn how to work with, not against, myself.
My PHIlosophy and approach
Every person is different, so creative thinking and finding balance are central to my coaching philosophy. I strive to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment so you feel safe to explore your challenges and goals, no matter how big or small.
I use a variety of tools and techniques to help you find inspiration, accountability, and motivation. We will reflect on what you learn throughout your coaching experience to build skills and create a toolkit that will last beyond our time together.

personal note
In typical ADHD fashion, I struggled to pick a single interest (and realised that my maths skills would make a career in Astrophysics a challenge…), so I initially studied Culture, Literature and Politics at the University of East Anglia. I loved Norwich so much that I decided to stay and later completed a Master's in Climate Change and International Development.
Prior to becoming a coach, I worked with disadvantaged students in an education non-profit. I always knew that I wanted to help people and discovered that I can do that best when working with people one-to-one or in small groups.
My hobbies include knitting, crochet, hiking, reading, bird watching, and creative writing. I love thinking about and discussing big ideas about science, politics, philosophy, and theology. The more an idea makes my brain hurt in the satisfying way poking a toothache does, the more it captivates and inspires me.
